Merci Jean!! Didn't expect this to be that awesome, peaking right now with a great balance, beautiful aged character. Very vineous with smooth red berries all over, herbal notes (eucalyptus), blue cheese funk, cellar dust, and a bitter oaky finish. Lovely

TBT (6/29/12). Bottle care of Jeremy, thanks for knocking this đł off the bucket list. Hazy glowing gold with small white head. Wood, wine, ultra lactic funk, flowers, lemon juice, lemon, and musty rich, and Earthy gueuze flavors. Impeccable Sour

Peppery and lemony. So funk and well centered. Great stuff. Not so deep, but it doesnât have bad aging signs. Vibrant and slight fizzy. Love that note of spiciness.
