I really appreciated this one, fruity with a good tannic side, vinous 🍷, red grapes 🍇, old wood barrel with a tad sweetness, very well balanced, a delish 😋👌 Bottled 22.11.19

Empty tap room at Cantillon? What a rare sight. Beer is drinking great. A nice amount of sweetness, some grape juice pushing through, a god amount of tartness, some tannins.

Nez gros vin rouge, fruité, raisin, brett. Bouche similaire, superbe équilibre, fruits rouges, boisé, levure présente. Magnifique

Reay good. Red apple complied with grapes. Very fruity and estery. Tannis still at the finish. Balanced and intense all the way.

Clou du spectacle. Magnifique ! Du vin rouge pétillant. Voluptueux, souple, fruit rouge onctueux, dense. Merveille. Vraiment.

Intense grape funk w/ mild spice. It's a curious beer, as each sip intrigues and invites more consideration. No question this will age very well, but it's already drinking deliciously.

Zwanze2020. Druvfest åt det röda hållet i gränslandet mellan lambic och vin. Nedtonad smakprofil, poppar inte riktigt. Här finns både funk och strävhet från rödvinstaninerna, och i slutändan en lite bråkig stickighet. Rödvinslambic gör det sällan för mig.
