En bouteille cette fois, très abricot, mais plus confiture/sec. Belle présence de lambic en arrière plan avec un funk discret, l’équilibre est superbe malgré que l’abricot soit plus discret que la dernière fois

First time I tasted this draft. Still excellent, acidic with full taste of Appricots that make the final result so smooth. Great.

Zapach przepiękny, jakbym rozkroił brzoskwinię i wsadził w nią nos. W smaku turbo kwaśne, ale też mega owocowe, subtelnie ocet. Mimo wszystko torpeda. 4.4

W aromacie suszona morela, taka totalnie suszona morela. Gdzieś potem walinia kwasność jabłkowa. W smaku też owoce. Kwas dzikusy ocet.

Aromat absolutnie sztosowy. Wuchta mirabelek i moreli. W smaku lekkie, nieco skórkowe, orzeźwiające. Dzikość subtelna. Wielce smaczne.

Vers was deze al super, na jaartje verliest hij zeker geen pluimen. De lambiek komt er beter door maar dit maakt hem mogelijk nog beter, wel iets scherper. Yum!
