Nez fermier et fruité. Acidulée mais maîtrisée, l’abricot n’est pas directement identifiable, mais bien fruitée. Belle rondeur, du corps. Complexité et équilibre. Finale presque umami

Around a year on since I had it on draft. Still very fruit forward, but more of the apricot than the sweet apricot yoghurt. Nice amounts of oak linger too. Not much development on funk. Nice, but one of my least favourite seasonals now.

Ben helemaal geen fan van zure/lambiek biertjes maar Nick H. begint hier toch echt verandering in te brengen met deze biertjes! Wat een toppetje

LCI. Nearly a year later now and it does seem like the apricot is a bit less bang on now. No change in score though, this is still class.

Young bright peach flavour. Fine delicate balance between fruit and tartness. Very nice.
