飲めて嬉しい！香りはウッドから、香草、紅茶みたいな広がり方しつつ杏子のフルーツ感が出てくるみたいな。自然発酵由来の複雑な風味とビネガーな酸味。うんまい、、！

Happy Zwanze Day 2024! This is a 2023 bottle. Tart, apricot, musty, funky, classic. Effervescent.
