This is Belgium. Just perfection. The sour balance is just there

Thanks Adam! This is blissful, funky and tart apricot, with shades of peaches and grapefruit. Absolutely perfect acidity and nice woody tannins. Oak and winey notes, with gooseberry and a nice drying on the tongue. Very drinkable, dry, complex, and winey.

It’s a sour but so well balanced, the apricots come through in a dry and fruity palette cleansing way.

A nice lambic, fruity and dusty, with a hint of sherbert aftertaste. Nice.
