17 avril. La Tana. Y a des Arrosticini en amuse bouche et on aurait mangé ça all night long. Ça start bien. La gueuze est trop froide mais top quand même. J’adore déjà La Tana.

super soft. well balanced acidity. funky as fuck on the nose, but a bit more subdued on the taste. had almost a fruitiness. really tasty.

Bruised green apple, sourdough yeast, light barnyard funk, and white vinous character. Very balanced with acidity upfront then drying out throughout and finishing with a lemon sherbet sweetness.
