Very little carb, cork was leaking :( good brandy presence but lambic is unremarkable. Im sure this is just an off bottle

Ciężkie w aromacie i smaku. Mocno drewniane. Wyczuwalne dojrzałe owoce. Do dłuższego posiedzenia, mocno rozgrzewa.

Aromat 300 razy lepszy niż poprzedni, smak podobny ale bardziej ułożony. Fajna beczka i słodka, reszta zwykła i piwniczna

Trochę drewniany, taki płaski aromat. W smaku się więcej dzieje trochę drewienka, dużo słodyczy, kwaśne, nawet trochę octowe. Mało przyjemne w sumie. Dużo lepiej zapamiętałem.

Veel houttonen, wrang, klein zoetje op de achtergrond. Bijna geen koolzuur meer, beetje vlakjes. Wel opwarmend, door de Brandy?

Forrige konjakk, denne brandy. Kunne med fordel hatt enda mer. Lavt karbonert, epler-ish, bra syre. Søtlig start, syrlig finish. God men trenger tiiiiiiid

Nose has loads and loads of minerals with a hint of Cantillon funk. Flavour is almost carbo-less driven with some minerals, apples, funk, some Brandy... decent but expected more!
