Wanted to like this beer (love beet beers) and really loved the sweet beety front end of it, but the bitterness at the back end clashed hard with the rest of the beer—not worth drinking

Very very earthy and sharp beet flavor. Nose literally smells like farm dirt. Weird stuff but not bad

Smells of cherry and herbal tea, taste minorly of beet powder and has a twang of medicinal vibes. Quite interesting

Despite having a horrible old beet and wilted wheat grass nose, this is a pretty interesting brew. It has a surprisingly deep body that has a flavor with a lot of good vegetal, root-y/earthy, notes to it and a nice,, faintly funky, beet-y sweet finish.

It’s Cantillon but the beetroot is a bit too prominent (and I’m not the biggest fan of beets). Interesting concept though.

Funky lambic…. You can definitely taste the beetroot. Not a big beet fan myself, but this is tart and refreshing. Always fun to try limited run beers!

Ламбик-борщ! Хорошенькая свёколка, свежо и легко идёт. Аромат яркий.

В ароме салат свекольный. Не хватает орехов с мазиком. В глотке провал конечно. Какой год - такой и цванце.

Не сказал бы, что свекла супер очевидна. Баланс отличный, все максимально четко. Цвет, конечно, роскошный.

Jednak rozczarowanie. Barszcz w proszku i octowość. Ziemistość na plus. W porównaniu z mikkellerowym spontanem z burakiem to wypada słabo.
