Sour acidulée à la betterave, très unique, mais s’éloigne un peu trop des styles de bières classiques à mon goût. Plus un style de vin dilué? Vinaigre pas nécessaire.

Amazing colour and head. Beetroot Is really there, clear and clean. Not my cup of tea since it's really earthy.

Beetroot juice and spruce aroma. Pickled beets with sherry vinegar. Medium sour, sweet and body. Sherry vinegar finish. Interesting enough.

This is a very interesting beer! It's a genuine sour beer which at first reminded me of hibiscus. As I started to indulge in to the beer a bit more I could really taste the beetroot with its subtle sweetness. The aftertaste is tremendously sour!

Aroomis mullane peet - minu "lemmik".Peet on tugevalt esil ja mitte Pühaste beetboxile omases marjases võtmes,vaid mullases ja kergelt väävlises vormis.Natuke tsitrust ka.Mnjah,raske on. Üllatavalt tugev karbo ka. Aitäh Harri! Teist klaasi ei soovi.

Interesting. Super earthy and soily, but not necessarily unpleasant. Quite sharp and sour, but a gentle funk to balance. Not my absolute favourite, but certainly memorable.

Beautiful color. Strong beet aromas which follow through on the palate with an earthy finish. Bit odd for a beer but interesting.
