Vinous in a very interesting way. Never had a lambic similar to this one. Feels very raw, unusual experience.

Cytrusy, drewienko, trochę dzikości. Rzeczywiście dużo białego winogrona, nieco skórki. Po otwarciu wychodzi słodyczy, ale też kapuchy i octu niestety. Zawód, ale mimo wszystko.

Funk au nez et raisin blanc, texture un peu sirupeuse et très faible carbo assez proche d'un vin nature, raisin a fond en bouche et fût de chêne en finale, pas mal du tout

Nez ultra fermier, des bonnes vibes d’étable avec un peu de raisin. En bouche c’est légèrement acide, tart et vineux. Très fin comme produit. Gros stock !

Nez fermier à mort, légèrement vineux et terreux. En bouche c'est tart pas mal, mais ça demeure équilibré. Funky, profil limite herbal/terreux. L'aspect vin blanc ressort bien en réchauffant. Petite préférence à Vigneronne? Gros stock cela étant dit!

Still one if my favorites, so good, especially after it breathes for a bit. Loads of candied grape, beautiful. Also hints of kiwi, green apple, Cider apple, clean dusty funk, oak, quince. Long soft vinous finish. Love it.
