2023. Great dank horseblanket smell with some tart grapes. More tart in taste with the funk always hanging there for nice balance and earthiness that keeps it good into finish.

Astounding, lovely tannic grape character, spicy, leathery , this is a young bottle though, touches of Welches

Zwanze Day 2024, beer #5: Finished on the best 2 this is vinous and packed with deep red wine flavour. A top night out once again!

No 2024 entry yet. Great but not as memorable in comparison to some of the other beers from Zwanze

My first Cantillon thanks to Matt at Odd Breed! So good. Very complex grape profile. Thank you so much!

Quite the fancy Belgian restaurant here in Tokyo.

Middle. Nice jammy punch from the red wine grapes, nice acidity, more of a bright, mildly tart beer

The nose is tart and fresh, with notes of barrel, some wine and wood, and fruit. Red fruit, sweet grapes, strawberry and raspberry. The palate is gently sour, with clear notes of fresh sweet grapes. Red fruit as well. Some citrus sourness. Excellent!

Zwanze Day is far behind us but there’s still Cantillon on this rainy afternoon in the 2204. Still a favourite.

This is most delicious nice combination of tartness with a touch of sweetness

Kicked ass today at work and decided to celebrate. Reminded us of natural wines. It’s an interesting bridge between French reds and wild ales. Not as tart as other cantillons we’ve tried. Excellent flavor profile, sad it’s gone.

What better way to start my birthday weekend than with my favorite Cantillon beer!

My first Cantillon, and I now understand why it's a big name. Probably the best lambic I've tried, with strong sweet raspberry notes.
