Haskap berry flavored Lambic 🤷🏻♂️ Impenetrable, blueberry-juice-colored beer. Nose: blackcurrant, blackberry, a whisper of cranberry, rowanberry. Taste: a lofty medley of blackcurrant, blackberry and cranberry, a hint of lingonberry, sour vinous.

Una bella scoperta: lieve nota balsamica, l'acidità del frutto rosso e per finire in delicato amaro erbaceo che richiama il balsamico iniziale..buona!

Weinig complexiteit, maar wel lekker fruitig, niet te veel funk of echt geuze karakter. Beetje stinkvoetjesgeur, maar minder vies dan ik bang voor was!

Lots of grape up front. Mild lemon in the middle. Very vinous with a lot of red wine, grape skins, and light musty/dusty funk in the finish. Similar to the 3 Fonteinen Druif Dornfelder I had last week with less lemon notes.

I've never had a beer including blue honeysuckle, but it sure adds to a very smooth and mellow geuse.
