a very controlled sourness. The sourness lingers, but fruit and malt are still present. This is divine. And I found it in Italy! Holy crap!

Quite calm, well balanced, milky, fruity like raspberry and strawberry but gentle. Little bit cider-ly. Much better than Cantillon camerise before batch.

Dry, restrained serving of raspberries/ blackberries, mild vinegar and slight bitterness. An exceptional Lambic.

Huge jammy notes of dark berries and tart citrus and with a moderate sourness and smooth finish. Lovely beer.

LCI oh boy that is my sort of thing, sweetness balanced out with a sharp acidity, lovely beer and very happy I have one tucked away in the cellar for a rainy day
