Ale sie lamvinusy niekiedy slicznie starzeja, tutaj i nadal winogronowosc solidna, ale i fajnie zlozona dzikosc, siano, skora, hint piwnicy, lekuchna jakby nutka oscypka - niecodzienna. Niesamowite, ze kazdy bloger na kazda dzikosc mowi "konska derka"

Tannine. Trauben. Traumhaft triefend tiefrot. Optisch vinery und ganz sanfte Schampus-Bubbles. Antrunk herrlich fruchtig - mit der Zeit interveniert eine adstringierende Holznote. Atmet tief und dann kommt der alte Belgio-Keller-Käse.

Mooie vergelijking. De 2020 versie en de 2022 versie. De 2020 versie is smaakvoller, subtieler. Beiden mooie bieren.

Just learned a new German word - pelzig. Supposedly describes the tongue-smacking that happens with some dry sours. Lot of that happening here. Delicious!

Oaky red wine, some subtle blackcurrant. A bit thinner and less full bodied after 4 years. Still delicious though.
