Mmmh, tappo di sughero spaccato longitudinalmente e con evidente presenza di muffa. L'odore di tappo che emana dal bicchiere è evidente, affuancato ai sentori di lamponi. In bocca eccessivamente acetica, aspra, a coprire l'atteso fruttato. Mal conservata

2/17/20 bottle bought from Etre. Nose is straight acetone, ketchup, umami tomato, battery acid, and raspberry. Flavor is nail polish remover, chemicals, acid, and sharp berries. Fucking Gambrinus.... this is why I never keep or age this beer.

Anscheind ein bier was svhwer zu finden ist, vorallem on Tap. Riecht fruchtig sauer. Stark sauer im Mund, bitter im Nachgeschmack. Beerig fruchtig. Sehr sprudelig.

Gaat me minder goed af dan vorige vintages. Iets te veel zoete framboos naar m'n smaak. Komt daardoor 'n beetje artificieel over. Mocht voor mij ook 'n pak zuurder zijn. Ietwat aards i/d afdronk. Vreemde ervaring...

Doft av körsbär och ekfat. Syrlig smak med inslag av körsbär och ekfat i smaken, samt lingon. Smått sträv, torr och syrlig eftersmak med inslag av fatlagring, salt och körsbär.

I don't think this one has survived the journey to Moscow that well. Some definite off flavours on first opening it.
