This is confirmed to be the 100% Lambic Bio version by the Cantillon bartender. Beers destined for aging are not given normal labels. Very, very good, better for each sip.

4.55. Apple, pear and dried apricot. Deep, balanced and beautiful. 10 years give it a nice spectrum.

En nariz es muy plano y no parece que le haya afectado el paso del tiempo. El gas es casi nulo pero en la boca la cosa cambia. Albaricoques, pasas, hierbas y muy funky.

Not much on the nose. Time has turned this into pure balsamic vinegar. Acetic is under control, body is soft and smooth. Very wide palate showing notes of raisins, pepper, almonds and dried herbs. That rich mineral and funky finish is over the top.

11 jaar oud. Heel zuur, maar nog steeds mooi van consistentie. Wat ondefinieerbare randjes die net wat meer diepte geven.

So 10 years ago, you could pick up a case of this for your birthday party & decide to pop a bottle away. I’ve been waiting a long time for this. Finer again than the 2015. Drier, longer finish, opens right up over time. Can see this handling 10 more.

Ny jobb feires med vintage Cantillon. Helt nydelig! Utrolig syrlighet, godt med karbonering og herlige fruktige innslag. Har tatt de siste 10 årene svært godt
