A little bit off like polish nail that burns throat a bit in aftertaste. Cognac barrel is pretty good recognizable, and lambic either. Will do like more without the off note. Dry and woody with a medium carbonation.

Dry cider, mild funk, cognac, almonds, apricots, alk integrated into a well paced lambic. Round, with medium-low acidity and insanely easy drinking.

Na start męcząco alkoholowe, po odstaniu na szczęście mniej. Imo ostra tanina, może delikatne motywy destylatowe i takie mokre drewniane, jakieś też serowe pleśniowe. Takie o, ciekawe, ale nie będę o nim śnił i wspominał latami

Super acetone heavy nose. Acidic. Mineral. Tastes like cheap balsamico. It opens up after some time but still very harsh. Earthy. Mushrooms.

Smyger med riktigt fint i provningen. Så lugn. I annat sällskap hade den kanske gått obemärkt förbi. Trevligt funky!

Jättefin årgång! Blygaste killen i klassen, men han är så artig och belevad att man inte kan låta bli att gilla honom. Full och fin sötma, gula äpplen och som en hint av skira, sträva druvor.

Ależ dziwne A zarazem ciekawe. Dość octpwe na początku, ciężka mokra beczka, zero wysycenia. Dość kwaśne i umiarkowanie dzikie. Intrygujace

HCBE 5/X: Lambic in Japan, eiku Belgium. Konjakki löytyy, koska sen tietää. Laatua, jota tällä makuaistillani on hankalampi arvostaa.
