Not very fun, bland and easily forgettable. Hope it was mainly my taste buds that had an temp issue and not the beer itself...

Drinking fantastic. Hitting all the lambic boxes.

Absolutely crushed it still. That bitter tartness is so unique and it's not acidic

Amazing. Aged well, not much oxalic acid or rhubarb nose but nice old wood and oak and wheat soft funk, classic Cantillon

Fruity, raspberry-like sweet and sour aroma derived from rhubarb. Slightly dry on the palate, with a raspberry-like sweet and sour taste.

So balanced, funky, but without this little petroleum smell that characterizes these rhubarb lambic when fresh. Actually, the rhubarb flavor was very mild.

Last bottle. Killer. Floral, still a good amount of fruit, acidity is soft. Damn good lambic

Delightfully tart and has just the right funk that wafts through the top. Cheesy. The Rhubarb has mellowed with age.

BLIND TASTING: Aging has done its job as it reminds more of a Hill Farmstead saisons with honey than a lambic. Gentle, floral, quite sweet considering its age

Første Nath-udgivelse. Over the top, men næsen bærer stadig meget præg af rabarber. Desværre er smagen forduftet, fornemmes kun meget lidt. Guezen er til gengæld balanceret og virkelig letdrikkelig. Trækker den et nøk op.
