Cloudy golden with minimal white head. Grapes, quite juicy, vinous, quite sour, bit sharp on finish.

Grapes in aroma, alongside some spiciness. Small head and a clear golden color. High carbo, low body where you can feel all those grapes. Going really smoothly, dry and tart.

Dope label. Typical Cantillon funk smell. Low on acidity. Some biscuit and minerals. Highly drinkable. Great one. 4.6

Amazing depth of flavours. Vinous with some sweetness, citrus, slight vinegar and salinity. Natural wine funk.

Een echt plezier! Enorm lekkere druivenlambik, gemaakt met most van verschillende druiven. Doet denken aan orange wine. Beetje dat stringente van de tannines, citrus, sinaasappelschillen. Gaat perfect samen met de typische cantillon lambik.

Een zachte malse lambiek gemassereerd met 9 (negen!) verschillende druiven. ‘T komt binnen met een flauw zuurke maar bovenal een heel lekkere gebalanceerde druivensmaak waarboven een superinteressante funk ligt met toetskes van sinaasappel. Droge afdronk.

Diacetyl in een Cantillon, niet heel veel gelukkig. Yeasty en malty. Vrij zuur, droog, witte wijn vibes. Smaakt gelukkig beter dan ie ruikt.

Needs time. A small brush of phenolic and polish nails spread over, but it’s fine. Not invading, well covered by a fistful of grapes, vinous mouthfeel. Hard dryness and funk. Needs time. I’m sure will improve. 3.90

Very orange wine forward, but very different from Racine or Sophia, more contrast in between the sweetness of the wine and tartness of the lambic. Nice nutty notes and candied citrus coming through, should evolve very nicely in a few years
