First one for me in Brux 😅 starts off in a great way, some gentle sourness and grapes, but loses something with warming, becoming a bit too easy for the beer it is, losing a bit of intensity also. Still a nice brew though.

2021 bottle in Charlotte. Slight metal, strong vinegar, white wine, acidic lemon, wet dog cereals, chemicals, and grape skin. Lighter bodied. Not a big fan of this one.

Jeudi 14 avril Cantillon. Celle là aussi j’avais vraiment hâte. Fou qu’un aussi grand nombre de cépages fassent un aussi beau mix. Super fruity, fresh, presque pas d’acidité. Le verre se boit tout seul. Miam, beaucoup de Plaisir 🥴

Funkier, pungent rich fruity grape. More acidic than D'aunia. Least favorite of the grape lambic side by side - but still a quality good beer

Nez floral af, on se demande si c’est une gueuze. Légèrement plus acide que la précédente. 9 pomaces de raisins. Bière complètement insane qui va l’être encore plus dans 4-5 ans.
