Kokosem daje mocniej niż niektóre risy BA:D W smaku niestety jest tego mniej, więcej klasyka - słoma, sporo owocków, troszkę piekącego octu. Aromat urywa dupę, smak trochę nie dogania.

Light, delicate carbonation. Big cognac. Subtle, almost creamy acidity is eclipsed by the barrel, hopefully will develop a bit more with time. A little more funk wouldn’t hurt, either. Not my favorite vintage, still good.
