Wasn't able to get all zwanze draft pours but this was my favorite. Got grapes 🍇

Sour and tart, but less than other years. Fruity grapey. Light woody traces. Dry finish. Well balanced. (Biased)

Pleasant mouthfeel, carbonation perfect. Oak barrels, young funk, musty grapes, multiberries burst, tart sparks, dryness progresses. Backlog.

Might be the best fresh St Lam I’ve tried. Blueberry, earthy forest berries, lactic acidity (skovbæryougurt), musty apples, hay, wet wood and forest floor.

美味しーい！ カンティヨンの中で、一番好きなビール。久しぶりに飲んだけど、決して思い出補正ではなく今飲んでも最高に美味しい。酸味強すぎない程よいランビック感、お料理にも合わせやすい。

Somehow was too soft? Wasn’t bad grape but was very easy to drink almost in a bad way. Still love this beer. 4.69
