Nearly as amazing as last year albeit more carbonated and slightly less vinous. Similar flavours: cherry, tannins, leather, must. Hopefully this makes a yearly appearance.

One of those beautiful times where the line between beer and wine blur. Granted it’s usually white grapes such as Riesling, but as a drinker of red wine this makes me happy. Complex, woody/oaky & rich but incredibly light and balanced with dialed acidity

Dans mes cordes en jésus-christ. Lambic d’une structure incroyable, vineux à outrance. Tannins ++. Potentiel de vieillissement off the charts. Wow !

Very enjoyable! Fruity and moderate acidity - low on the funk factor, but it’s young and delicious in that particular way. I would love to try it aged. Many thanks to birthday boy Will!!

More vino than beer. Grape skins, dark berries, red wine, wood, lemon, hibiscus, musty basement, Cantillon funk. Lighter bodied with active carb. No bite…. Crushable 🍇 juice. 4.7

Je suis tellement content d'avoir goûté ce produit. Au nez, l'acidité est très présente, mais en bouche, c'est essentiellement sur le raisin. Une finale plutôt sèche, mais très appréciable. J'aimerais bien goûter à nouveau dans quelques années.
