Je suis tellement content d'avoir goûté ce produit. Au nez, l'acidité est très présente, mais en bouche, c'est essentiellement sur le raisin. Une finale plutôt sèche, mais très appréciable. J'aimerais bien goûter à nouveau dans quelques années.

Really surprised that for 4-5months, it ages so well. On February it was too tarty but now, Gently funk with red graped flavor. It balanced soooooo welll.

Très intéressante, on goûte bien le vin, le fruit est là, un peu astringent, finale en douceur.

Really juicy. Doesn’t have the heavy tannins I was expecting but does finish quite dry. Mild funk, some barrel. Bloody great

Enfin de la grosse broue en Italie! Par rapport à la 2022 que j’ai bu, un brin plus douce, moins tannique, saveurs intense de vin nature! Plus qu’excellent! Thanks Jake F. for the sharing opportunity in Roma!
