On avait un thème et on le savait même pas. Marc avait emmené la Locus Solus II. Belle comparaison et pour vrai, la Ref clanchait la 50N de beaucoup. 😅😍

Prepping for Texas. Would love more carb but she's still lovely. Soft green apples lead way to a nice lemon acidity. Good stuff. 4.33

Lots of spirit and oak. A brighter more acidic batch, but the acidity hits in a wine-like way that isn’t bothersome. 4.4
