Not how I remember it from previous batches and bottles... Moldy wet wood, nail polish remover and apple cider vinegar. Some funk and grapefruit beneath that, but not recognizing 50N at all here, bad bottle? Stored cold since buying it...

Confirms my previous opinion that there’s not much distinguishable between this and Batch 7. Goes down easy with a Thai curry!

Really good, especially as it warms and opens up. The yeast sediment only enhances it.

Zapach winne, korkowe, utlenione, pestkowe, lekko derka, średnio intensywne. Smak pół wytrawne, kwaśne, cierpkie, winne, pestkowe, korkowe, derka, fajne, pijalne, dobra butelka.

Złożony, świeży, nie ma piwnicy. Lekko oleiste i emulsyjne, fajne. Intensywne dość, lekka serowa nutka, takie 4.3

Cantillon acid funky nose. Green apple, lemon, hay and wood with a dry cognac finish.
