Vinous and grapes are weak at nose, but stronger when drinking. White wine character but also a too strong acidity that doesn’t match my palate well. Would drink it anyway because the ensemble with the wine part is good. 4.20

Delicious. Initially seemed quite simple, but the nose developed complexities as it warmed a bit. Moderately tart, golden wild taste with grape skin notes. Yeasty bite at the end. Not much of the typical lambic oak, but some incredible wine aromas.

Sweet and also quite dry.. It's vinous like a good white wine with an almost creamy body! In taste there are still some red apple notes but definitely no applesauce like the previous batches.. A lot more balance between fruits like nectarine and grapes!

Mega interesting. Drank together with Sophia wine. Lots of the tannins come through in the lambic as one might expect from the production method. I love what the funk adds to the grape lees, it’s an interesting and unique blend that respects both products

Приятный аромат нектарина, белого винограда, красного винограда. Немного пряный с кислинкой, с нотами уже не агресивных бретт. Вкус восхитительный, очень полный. Приятное обвалакивающее облако наполняет рот оттенками винограда, нектарина, лимона. Вау!
