Ale dawalo octem spod kapsla na maksa, na szczescie to tylko na korku :) ta butla fajniutko grzeczno rabarbarowa wciaz intensywnie ze skorzanymi dzikimi nalecialosciami. Slicznie sie postarzala, ale to kurna loteria jest jednak :) ta z lodowki

Funk, tart. Tried 18-22. 2019 and 2021 were my favorite with 2019 slightly higher.

Been a while but glad I aged this. It gathered some nice leathery funk and oddly tasted more like rhubarb now. Go figure eh?

Didn’t bother with a picture but this is great, rhubarb faded slightly but integrates well with the underlying lambic

Wonderful heady pour, creamy mouthfeel. Rhubarb and mildly dank funk on the nose. Palate is modestly tart, still some nice rhubarb presence along with a substrate of sour overripe lemon. Finish is a bit dry. Nicest bottle of the batch I bought of 2018.

im new to the lambic game but this is REALLY fresh and refreshing. mild funk with a semi dry finish. nice and delicate too

close fight between this and the drogone for beer of the night! rhubarb and slightly lemony finish, i thought of green apples too! too busy enjoying to take a pic oops!

Paired with home made rhubarb pie. Loved it but didn’t really get a lot of rhubarb influence (even before trying the pie). Base beer had wonderful funk and depth. Probably wouldn’t buy it again. Would instead go for Fou foune or a simple gueuze.

FLN. Is het een goed idee om na een share nog een fles open te trekken? Nee. Lekker was ie gelukkig wel. Beetje mellow met de leeftijd, geen onfrisse geurtjes meer.
