A very impressive Lambic. Totally funky and moldy. Grainy base. Intense rustic notes. Leather, horse, hay, sweat, Brett/dryness. Aggressive. Classy and elegant. Beautiful. Low-medium bodied, silky, spritzy/effervescent. Astringent. All refreshing. Deep.

Started on UNTAPPD back on this date 10 years ago. In that time, I’ve tried over 3000 unique beers. The 2018 Nath is so funky. Like, faking the funk on a nasty dunk. Rhubarb for days.

Dit is even een partij anders na 3 jaar! De zwavel is vrijwel volledig weg, evenals een groot deel van de scherp zurige rabarber.. De onderliggende Gueuze is veel meer naar boven gekomen en dat geeft een prachtige balans!

Plus j'en bois et plus j'apprécie. On a un petit côté terreux et astringent de la rhubarbe mais le côté lambic prend le dessus et le funk rend le tout bien agréable

C'est excellent mais j'ai plus apprécié fraiche celle ci est moins sur le fruit un peu plus acide mais toujours le dinde boire du lambic 👌4.25+

Well it’s livened up significantly, and lost some of the rhubarb tartness. I’m not complaining tbh. Still plenty of Loon Factory funk.

Kurwa, lagerowe, zelaziste i mocno chmielowe toto, po ogrzaniu wychodzi troche rabarbar, ale zdecydowanie nie obora, kwasne i nachmielone, 4,1, s: slodkie od owocow, z kwasnym, wytrawnym finiszem, goryczkowe, ani funky, ani rabarbaru, ani obory, 4,0 over.
