How is this from grapes? I just get red apple. Like a complex cider mixed with lambic.

Œil : rosé, con fin. Nez : raisins rouges, douceur, léger terreux, vin rosé. Bouche : vin nature, fruits rouges, raisins, équilibré, acidité très douce, léger boisé. Sèche en fin avec des notes de raisins. Superbe.

Super interesting. Surprised it resembles a Rose. So many wine inspired Lambics here now. Aged in clay, not wood. Super soft mouthfeel. In the end this is as close to a Rose lambic as we can get.

Nez original, intense, raisin, vin rouge, fruits rouge même, baie. Bouche bcp intense, fruits rouges, raisin, vin rouge, vin naturel, longueur fruits rouges et brett. Acidité top. Magnifique équilibre

I prefer this over the Poulsard lambic. Abit drier and earthier. The same color but better balanced and deeper
