Funk 3, fruit 1, barrel 3, tart 2. Good amount of pepper and cedar.

As amazing as I recall from having this at the Cantillon brewery. Has aged well though it has a little bite I don't recall from before (although, as a sour, that's not really an issue).

The tartness faded away, the funk is on the walnut side, extremely sessionable, I missed it!

Def improved for a global warming batch. Lemon, funky wood, barn door, hay and earthy grain. Pronounced and bright. No longer a 'tart wheat ale' 4.4.

Nice "in between" young & mature profile, from that point that's where Cantillon gueuze becomes truly awesome. Sesame, funk, wet oak, and a positive oxidation that gives a caramelized malt/honey touch to the whole thing and makes it softer. Thx wentao l.

0.33. Conferma.....2016 nel 2022. Albicocca e pesca in primis :) Carbonazione bassa, molto bassa e vinosa.......seconda bottiglia stessa annata invece carbonata e più beverina

Last one from ⛳️ sess. 3/22/16. Some nice black/brown mold under the cap which is usually a good sign. Cork disintegrated upon opening even though the wine key went straight down. Really nice basement, leather, house bugs, lemons, wet oak, and mineral.
