Tuli mingi hea lambicu isu lambist. Hetkel maitseb see nagu näriks värsket rabarberit, (kus on ka väike funk). Väga mõnus. 4.3 Kahjuks viimane pudel :(

La rhubarbe apporte une dimension acidulée qui ne se retrouve dans aucune autre saisonnière de la brasserie. Vive la réouverture des terrasses 🙏🙏🙏

Rhubarb has definitely faded. Hay and farmyard note on the nose, cantillon funk, musty, earthy. Tart, thick, a bit sweet.

Fitting beer for our ten year anniversary. This might be my fave cantillon behind Rose. It has a solid helping of rhubarb which works so nicely in a lambic and slight herbaceous note.

Sour, dry and acidic. The rhubarb came through very subtle. Crushed quickly.

Acidulée et étonnamment moins surette qu’on s’attend. On goûte bien la rhubarbe. Manque un peu de complexité à mon goût et un tantinet trop sucrée
