Initially quite tart, but evened out as the bottle warmed & emptied. Delicious!

Left. Less soft and lushly apricot than when fresher, but without the smoothness of gueuze maturity. Still such an amazing beer.

This is incredible. The apricot sweetness has mellowed over time, but the tartness definitely stayed. Medium dry, and a bit of funk at the end. Never seen Cantillon on draft before!

Nez absolument génial dont jamais je ne me tannerai. Bonne acidité mais rien de trop intense. Plaisir renouvelé

Draft version letting me down a little bit. But that bottle was the truth. Still fantastic and I’m very lucky to drink it.
