Nose: super brett and mineral, black peppery. Palate: savory, peppery, mineral, earthy beet notes

Light salinity. Mild sourness. Kinda green. Mint aftertaste. A little bit metallic.

Winy and cidery, like a fine small bubbly champagne. Under the lambicy nose lies a flat and young, almost raw sea-buckthorn lambic brew. Sourness is moderate, not over the top, and easily drinkable. Did the older batch have more buckthorn?

The aroma is a bit, well, not the most pleasing. Flavor is also a bit interesting. And a little light.

Smells like a green bean fart. Taste is alright

Profumo rotondo, bacca, quasi floreale. Entrata in bocca dolce. Prima sensazione di ceci. Poi arriva la botta sapida e secca della bacca (pungente, albicocca acerba). Il finale è pulito, astringenza ben bilanciata. Retrogusto di frutta a pasta gialla.

I love walking into places with things like this on tap and here it's normal. In the States, there is a line for this. However, they have bottles lining the wall here with American breweries and I'm sure they have the same feeling about those beers
