Exquisite lambic with extra tart notes of Finnish seabuckthorn, funky yeast and citrus. Light mouthfeel and long-lasting sour aftertaste. Delicious.

Special lambic with Finnish seabuckthorn. Tart, funky, some hay and stable. Moderately sour. Seabuckthorn has such a unique flavor I was hoping it would be a bit more prominent. Delicious neverthless.

17 avril. St Gilles. Après une veille des plus arrosées et une décision bienvenue de choker le Grote Dorst, j’ai fait la grasse matinée pendant que Francis déjeunait au Dillens et m’a rapporté le restant de cette fameuse bière. Ben acide 😅, good though

Nez foin / funk / cuir / écurie, c'est vraiment foufou dans le verre. La baie d'argousier est légère sur l'attaque, on a un gros kick funky qui reste longtemps en bouche.

Quite mellow. Bit puckering. Spontan, some berry flavour, more like cloudberry-ish but not sweet. Guess it's sea buckthorn. Quite nice.

The sea buckthorn is definitely a unique flavour. I like the fruit, but it's definitely different and probably not my favourite. Good water profile.
