C'est encore une fois un produit d'exception. Peut-être un peu moins rhubarbe que la version 2019, mais c'est tellement bien équilibré. Beau petit sucre avec une acidité contrôlée. Plutôt sec en finale. Bonne base de gueuze. Dégustation en bonne compagnie

Pleasantly funky aroma. Subtle fruityness from the rhubarb. Tartness and carbonation balanced/harmonized. Amazing share w Peter R. 🍻

Semi-sweet rhubarb nose, pie like with light earthy vegetal funk. Bright and funky flavor, more tart and fruity rhubarb than vegetal, balanced acidity, prickly, brine and funk on finish.

If you get rhubarb right, I’ll give you a 5. Rhubarb, beet, and asparagus are tough to get right
