Super complex, but vinegar nose, huge port/raisin finish. As it warmed the nose was stronger vinegar and tons of funk. What a fantastic beer

4.20. Metallic on low temp. Higher temp is better but still a hint. Port hints. Very mellow aftertaste.

饮于2021年1月31日，入口麝香毛皮为背景，主要是以葡萄汁的香气为主，过了波特葡萄酒桶的感觉还是比较明显的，葡萄酒混着果肉逐渐明显，酸味柔和舒服但很清晰混着葡萄汁的清甜感，底蕴悠长清新，很不错

Nice and funky on the nose. Real nice mushroom funk. Honestly resembles a bigger bodied classic gueuze. As it warms and decanter it gets better and better. Don’t really get any port notes, but this is highly enjoyable! Edit: big port in the last glass

Typical top cantillon funk aroma, with a little red wine. Tastes great like most cantillon. Loads of barnyard funk, rustic bread, old malt, lemon, honey, slight red wine again, little bit of port/fortified and aged wine, orange, apricot, pear, oak

Tart rotten apples, metallic and almost taste like blood. Slightly dried grapes, not raisin but dried grapes. Some portwine notes. Have to Open up. After that Alot of portwine, Woody, mildly tart, slightly Dusty and oaky. Harsh aftertaste, not so deep.
