Fuck me, c'est délicieux ça! Nez ultra fermier, raisin qui a vieilli dans une grange mettons. En bouche, vineux mais bien tart, cuir, ferme. Très belle persistance des saveurs. Équilibrée. World class, merci Simon F.

Nå snakker vi! Fars hvite bacalao servert med rødvin, orangevin, og Vigneronne. Dette er kvalitet! Myk syre, godt innslag av druer, fruktig og lett krydder. Dette er høyt oppe i paring av øl og mat. Skikkelige saker! Ølet er så klart fint alene også...

Aged for 3 years, ridiculously good. Olive oil viscosity, apricots, pear and vinous notes. Wow wow wow.

I owe it to myself to try this young, and Belgium isn't happening anytime soon. Green grape, pear, green apple, oak, a touch of vanilla, nice minerality, a touch of must. Lightest hint of citrus. Nice, and I hope these age as well as the muscat Vigs
