Very nice and all but the Brett here would sure nake it better with some time. Delicate hay and horse type funk aroma. Taste is dry and with rather intense grape pit style bitterness and almost tannic vibe

From last night. 12 Oct ‘20. Viognier flavor is on-point and the higher quality grapes are evident. Low acidity and balanced. More light brett farmhouse style funk than traditional Cantillon funk. Should age incredibly well. 4.4
