Very nice. Pleasant acidity. Maybe a touch too sweet. Classic Cantillon funk a bit on the low end but it’s fresh so that’s fair. Probably should be just under 4.5

Fresh. Usually not a fan of white grapes but this one is really nice. Better than last time I tried. A note in the description that different grapes were used.

Heerlijke bak funk op je dak. Stal, hooi, niet te zuur. Mooie ronde zuurheid, niet scherp, druiven geven een mooie ronde body. Zeer goeie toei

Very white winey - I feel I prefer the earlier blends with the other grape, but that could be due to this bottle being very fresh and loud. Phish on the beach night three 🤘🏻

Bien funky, le côté vineux s'est développé peu à peu, peau de raisin, tanins, le tout avec une fine acidité, c'est super équilibré !

Excellent. Clean, sour, vinous, mineral, funk that came out later. Carbonate in a great way. Dry and mineral on finish again. Elegance of some young peach and melon too. Slight cut on the mineral is the main theme. Lovely. 4.60

Very distinctly Cantillon, funk, nice sourness, balance, floral finish.

Nonstop barnyard funk; fruit is present but thoughtfully balanced and the dry finish keeps this a very drinkable lambic. Best beer of the night by a margin.
