Delicious dry and fruity tartness. Fresh and crisp, quite different from what I remember the 2017 being.

Viognier vertailu. Euroopan versio tarjoilee maltillisemman version. Rypäle on vahvasti läsnä. Yllättävän vähän hapan panimon tyyliin nähden. Cantillonin vakiomaku kumminkin löytyy. Potentiaalia kehittyä varmasti. Nuorena hyvinkin helposti juotavaa.

Hanasta. Valmistuksessa käytetty viognier rypäleitä. Kuiva ja hapan. Rypäleiden hedelmäisyys tulee kyllä jälkimaussa esiin.

Gentle carbonation, a tiny bit drying with flavours of orange and lychee, it’s sweet on the palate. Very easy drinking

I can hardly imagine a grape lambic being more quaffable than this. You get a lot of oak & vinous notes. Acidity has been asked to socially distant itself and willingly complies. A new festive.

Столовый виноградный ламбик. Тихий. Острокислый, но без шипучести. И без покалывания. Немногослойный.
