Beautiful rustic. Funky, moldy, leathery. Barn, hay, Brett. Farm grip. Punchy rhubarb. Apple. Acidic. Woody, oakey. So classy, elegant. A lil' malt/grain feel. Base sweetness. Low-medium bodied, silky, almost smooth, low carb. Almost flat. Astringent. VG

Bit funky, fruity rhubarb aroma. Light body, bit sweet and mildly tart mouthfeel. Soft, bit peppery rhubarb with nice fruity palate. Slightly timid tho. Suits well with AI-assisted recommendation of cajun chicken.
