Always a treat. Candied apricots and light Cantillon funk.

Lots of apricot both on the nose and taste. A bit on the sour side. The fruit is well presented but I think this will benefit from staying in the cellar for a couple of years.

Still my favorite lambic with apricots. Such a delicate and delicious beer.

Lovely - prefer forward on the nose, a little more subtle of the palate. Very beautiful

best fou i’ve ever had on tap - zero acidity, unimaginably crushable, as easy to take down as a lager

This was difficult to rate, it tasted quite different from previous vintages. This is more pure pink grapefruit-like tartness, intense with acidity and funkiness. Far less nuanced but still lots of fun to drink.

stumbled across this at Total Wine of all places. Like idk how this was even there, but it was, so I bought it.

Bright funky apricot all over, kinda sweet upfront with a lively tartness and lingering acidity in the off dry finish 🖤🍻🤘

Every batch of this is always solid. Ripe apricot flesh, funk, beautiful.🍻

Grosse chaire au nez. Plus acide, noyau en bouche. 🍑
