Somewhat less sour but rich complex flavours including gorgeous apricots. Great mouthfeel. Champagne effervescence. Crème de la crème.

Fruitiest Fou Foune I’ve ever had. Bushels of apricot, sweet and slightly tart. Just a touch of Cantillon funk lingering in the background. This one is all about the fruit! Love “fresh” Fou Foune!!

So freaking delicious! Delicate fruit and acidity but nothing too strong a flavor or feel. Surprisingly doesn't have that strong distinctive Cantillon yeast flavor or nose. Thank you Mike and Tipples for the opportunity to buy and enjoy this!

Unsurprisingly absolutely gorgeous - beautiful refined lambic upfront with a finish like you’ve just eaten a fresh apricot. Hyped to all hell for a reason

Bday🍺💥 Inviting funky farmhouse nose with some subtle apricot and slight lemon, refreshing and zippy tart mid that I perceive as lemony, better balanced with more sweetness than most/all lambics I’ve tried with the apricot, tart and sweet, zippy finish
