Had to bust this out to celebrate the end of cardiology fellowship. Authentic stone fruit that becomes more prominent as it breathes. Perfect amount of acidity. This is the peak of Cantillon for me and remains my top sour (and number 2 overall beer).

LCI! Toujours de la broue avec Cantillon! Grosse bombe d'abricots encore une fois! Un brin acide, mais ça se gèrait bien à 4 sur une bouteille!

09.08.2021 Wasn't the biggest fan of this vintage a year ago, but now it's drinking quite well. Brilliant acidity w an apricot character that's genuine, really pleasantly expressive, and near yellow peach levels of stone fruit goodness, lingering nicely
