Thanks Tyler, this bottle was drinking nice. Only a touch of green pepper, lots of fresh herbs and elderflower along with some house yeast, and oak. No pickle juice or strong vinegar.

after one year the elderflower has disappeared but the Brett is very impressive, nice balanced wood
