One of the best druiven lambic I’ve tried. Less intensity of fruit from the pommace allowing the base beer to shine through.

Du plaisir? Oui assurément beaucoup de plaisir! J’ai adoré le vin et que dire de ce Lambic. Un goût évolutif où il se passe beaucoup de choses. Les arômes de fruits qui se développent. Énorme coup de coeur ayant mis la barre très haute 👌
