Rigatoni alla Norcina pairs quite well with a Vig. Sauce was also made with Viognier wine by Tenimenti d'Alessandro.

A primeira vez a gente nunca esquece... Kkkk.. uva é o carro chefe, de coloração palha, trás um aroma de uva verde e a média acidez na boca, além da uva e do caroço, já que entraram na fermentação, funky. Final seco, corpo leve e com boa carbonatação.

Frisse, fruitige en lichtzure grassige tonen van de druiven, floraal en licht zoet gecombineerd met tonen van funk en hout. Lambiek en Viognier druiven zijn een match made in heaven. Zonder twijfel de mooiste Cantillon die ik tot nu toe heb gedronken
