Funky nose. Slightly sharp mouthfeel. Funk and sweet grape throughout the palate. Green apple finish. Ridiculous.

Dernière bière bue pendant mon voyage en Espagne en juin dernier. Le backlog avance! La bière, eh bien elle était évidemment superbe. Je préfère le raisin rouge, mais je ne cracherai jamais sur Vigneronne.

Toujours ce côté vineux, avec beaucoup plus de corps et de matière. On a le raisin, un petit côté cidre, du funk et une acidité plutôt légère. Très bien !

LCI hier. Une référence. Notes qui rappellent le vin blanc, mais également avec un côté cidre (voire poiré) très agréable. Petit funk. Très bien, évidemment 👏

Souverän gutes Bier. Nichts anderes erwartet. Klassiker der Traubenlambics. Das Label nervt aber. Kein Hinweis auf Abfülldatum. Sieht man erst wenn der Korken raus ist. Da könnte man schon mal nachbessern. Mal bei Berto anbringen. 🙃

Bovengemiddeld zacht. Licht zoet zelfs. Fruitig en bijzonder vol in de mond. Druiven in overvloed. Ingetogen en voluptueus tegelijk. Geen hooi, gras, hindes of zonneweiden. Gewoon mooi 👌
